In winter, the insert cushion fits into the stroller bag. The straps can be tightened according to the child's needs. A little tighter for restless and very small babies , and a little looser for calm and larger babies. The lying surface is flat and lightly padded with an anti-allergic and breathable filling. When the baby has outgrown the pillow, the insert pillow can be used as a base for a stroller or as a changing mat when on the go.
