Payment and shipping information

The following conditions apply:

A. Shipping costs and information:
As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, DHL or GLS. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@babyhafen.de) before placing your order and tell us the item, quantity, delivery address, country and postcode. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the country you want and - if delivery to the address you want is possible - we will tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask the shipping partner about the shipping options and costs in advance.
I. Shipping within Germany :
For shipping within mainland Germany

-For orders up to 49.99 - shipping costs 4.99€

-Free shipping for orders over 50€.

-We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
- Austria
Shipping costs to Austria are up to 5 kg – 11.99 euros and up to 15 kg – 17.99 euros per order.

Further information:

• Information on calculating the delivery date The delivery period begins when paying in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
• The parcel is handed over to our logistics partners only on working days. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
• Shipping costs (including VAT).

Delivery restrictions:

• Delivery is only possible in household quantities.
• Ordering is only possible from the age of 18

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description: 1. Advance payment by bank transfer 2. Pay Pal Exoress Checkout 3. Pay-Pal 4. Purchase on account with Pay-Pal 5. Credit card with Pay-Pal 6. Klarna In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice terms for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found here and for deliveries to Austria here .
• Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Further information on installment purchase, including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit, can be found here .
• Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard), direct debit, instant transfer

The use of the payment methods requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we pass your data on to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
